The following are the Terms and Conditions of Service for Love Love Racquet Club. All customers are required to accept these Terms and Conditions of Service prior to participation in all Love Love Racquet Club sessions

Love Love Racquet Club may, from time to time, review and update these Terms and Conditions, and reserves the right to amend or introduce any rules necessary to ensure the safe and efficient operation and financial viability of its facilities and programs.

Membership

Termination

Membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice. If notice is provided with less than 30 days’ notice, you will be billed for one final billing cycle, and your subscription will end at the conclusion of that cycle.

Love Love Racquet Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you behave in a way that breaches Love Love Racquet Club’s code of conduct

Class Schedule

The class schedule is subject to change, based on the time of year and availability of facilities. Members will be notified whenever the class schedule changes.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to a class or advise a more appropriate class if any participant is found not to be of the correct age/ability, or is unable to complete a class due to being in the incorrect age/ability group.

Payment

Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. 

You are responsible for the payment of the membership. This is true even if the amount is debited directly by Love Love Racquet Club.

If the payment is late you will receive a reminder email from Love Love Racquet Club and access may be suspended.

If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, terminate your membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so.

Price Changes

From time to time we may need to increase the price of membership. We will give you at least 1 full months' notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. 

During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.

Refunds

Once paid, membership subscriptions will not be refunded for any reason. Membership periods may however be suspended (at the discretion of the management team) for the duration of a major medical absence / injury break, or other unforeseen circumstances, and resumed thereafter at no loss of time. Please note, this policy does not apply for minor injuries.

Pay-as-you-go bookings

Love Love Racquet Club monthly members and/or members of the general public can, at any point, book onto one of our sessions via our pay-as-you-go scheme, provided there are spaces available in the session.

The booking must be made via Love Love Racquet Club’s website and payment will be taken at the time of the booking.

Bookings made by Love Love Racquet Club monthly members will be given priority over pay-as-you-go bookings on all sessions,

Pay-as-you-go bookings cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Any pay-as-you-go booking cancellations must be made with more than 24 hours notice prior to the sessions start time, in order for the player to receive Love Love Racquet Club credit equal to 100% of the cost of the booking.

Love Love Racquet Club coaching staff will advise an attendee of a more appropriate session, or have the right to exclude a particular player from a session, if they do not have the right playing standard.

Photos and videos

After becoming a Love Love Racquet Club member (or signing up for a Pay-as-you-Go option), you agree to having your/your child’s photograph/video taken by Love Love Racquet Club at any time whilst taking part in the sessions. Love Love Racquet Club reserves the right to use any such photographs/videos for press and/or promotional purposes. 

If you find an image or video of your child on our promotional channels (such as our website and social media pages) that you’d like us to remove, please email us at Nate@LoveLoveRacquetClub.com and we will do so immediately.

Health

You confirm that you/your child does not suffer from health problems that would hinder exercise or prevent you/your child from engaging in exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to you/your child’s health, safety or physical condition if you/your child did exercise. In case of any doubt, you shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise.

Love Love Racquet Club shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine your/your child’s physical condition.

Weather

It is our philosophy to try and run classes  wherever possible and therefore we generally ask that participants attend the start of their session regardless of the weather.

Coaching will only be cancelled in advance if the appropriate forecasting tools indicate with certainty that the session would be unsafe to run. If it is not predictable with certainty, the decision on whether to cancel the lessons will be made on the courts immediately prior to the lesson start time.

Cancellation of one group lesson does not necessarily mean that other lessons will be cancelled that day. If you choose not to attend on doubtful days then you risk missing the class if it takes place.

Liability

Love Love Racquet Club  cannot accept liability for any claims, damages, costs and demands in respect of death or personal injury arising from the use of the facility and our sessions by the customer pursuant to this agreement except insofar as such death or personal injury arises from negligence on the part of the Love Love Racquet Club staff.

Love Love Racquet Club cannot accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal property incurred whilst on the premises.

Miscellaneous Terms

In the event that a single term, condition or rule of membership is found to be unenforceable, all other terms, conditions and rules shall remain unaffected.

If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.


SMS Program

Love Love Racquet Club SMS Program

  1. When you opt-in you can expect to receive SMSs from us to organise your free trial as well as notifications to confirm your lessons with us.

  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to nate@loveloveracquetclub.com

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
